Overview

At Diversified Fitness Club our mission is to enhance optimal health and fitness in a positive environment. Along with a large variety of cardio equipment, DFC has a 1000 square foot free weight area, several cable Free Motion machines, and Life Fitness strength machines. Held in our 1200 square foot separate group fitness room are several classes included in your membership! These are led by certified instructors and include: Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, core, indoor cycling, body blast, HIIT, SilverSneakers Classic, stretch & tone, step aerobics and more! We are proud to be an affiliate for Rock Steady Boxing – where individuals can fight back against their Parkinson’s diagnosis. Other amenities included in your membership are men’s and women’s steam room, sauna, showers and lockers. We have ACE certified personal trainers on staff to help you meet your goals. Access to a licensed massage therapist, clean tanning bed & hex tanner, and Tai-chi & Kung Fu classes led by a certified instructor are offered at very competitive rates.
