- Site Selection Assistance: Submit a request for proposal via email or call 1-800-FUN-TOWN. Your information will be forwarded to our properties, and they will each respond to you directly with a proposal based on availability.
- City-Wide Site Inspections: A guided tour of the Frankenmuth area meeting facilities, hotels, restaurants, and/or a city is available upon request.
- Partner Program Suggested Itineraries: We can assist you with suggested itineraries for spouses or guests of your meeting attendees.
- Destination Promotion Assistance: Photos are available to assist you in promoting your event held in Frankenmuth.
- Welcome Packets: Welcome packets include a Visitor Guide and a Bavarian Bargains Coupon Book. The complimentary packets can be ordered via email, phone, or in-person at the Visitor Center.
- Welcome Address: A Frankenmuth representative will welcome your group to our community, based on availability.
