Overview
The experience begins with an all-access tour of Frankenmuth Brewery. Learn about the beer brewing process as well as the rich history of Michigan's Original Craft Brewery - right here on the banks of the beautiful Cass River!
Following the tour, venture in to the Barley room for an exclusive, relaxing tasting of some of our most popular beers paired with small plates curated by our River View chef. You will enjoy a flight of four beers, and - as you sip on each one - learn about each its unique features while enjoying two paired small plates with each brew. Eight total small plates include: Bacon Wrapped Dates, Fried Calamari, Caramelized Onion Tartlets, Mini Fish Tacos, Fried Mac & Cheese Balls, Soft Pretzels with a Bavarian Cheese Spread, Glazed Meatballs and Chicken Satay.
The tasting will wrap up by 8:30pm, but the bar will remain open. Enjoy an encore of your favorite beer, as your first pint is included as part of the experience. A cash bar will be available if you would like additional beer, wine or cocktails.
