Celebrate Krampusnacht at the Bavarian Inn Restaurant with Bavarian flavors, holiday cheer, and folklore fun for the naughty and the nice!
In Alpine tradition, December 5th is Krampusnacht–when Krampus playfully reminds the naughty to stay on their best behavior.
Jake Molle of Eagle Eye Brands will guide guests on an enchanting journey through the world of wine, sharing the history behind each carefully curated selection. Each wine has been thoughtfully paired with a sumptuous course designed by the talented Bavarian Inn Culinary Team, creating a harmonious blend of flavors and textures that promises to elevate your dining experience to extraordinary heights.

Course 1
Charred red pepper crostini with Boursin cheese, smoked paprika, and black garlic drizzle.

Course 2
Charcoal-roasted beet and apple salad with ash goat cheese, spring mix, spiced walnuts, and a black currant vinaigrette.
Served with Brunn Blauer Zweigelt (Product of Austria)
Course 3
Fiery Goulash with Hungarian paprika, braised beef, and smoked chili over soft buttered spätzle. Garnished with crispy onion and fresh dill.

Roasted pork loin with a black cherry demi-glace, crispy sunchokes, and rosemary parsnip purée.

Black cocoa flourless torte with smoked salt, caramel, and cherry compote.

Ugly sweaters are encouraged! Krampus will reward the ugliest sweater with a prize!
Guests will receive exclusive wine purchase offers following the meal. There will be limited availability for select specialty wines.
Doors open at 5:45 pm.
Reservations are required. Cost is $100 per person and includes meal, wines, tax, and gratuity. Seating will be assigned to all attendees.
