It’s all here in Frankenmuth, Michigan – one of TIME Magazine’s “Most Christmassy Towns In America”.

1.) Stroll Inside A Snow Globe

Ever shaken up a snow globe and wondered what it’d feel like to step inside the postcard-perfect scene? A Christmastime visit to Frankenmuth is as close as it comes! Here, our cozy Christmas Town is draped in greens and garlands, dripping in lights, and aglow along Main Street with all-things-Christmas, from star streamers to well-decorated window fronts and lit up tree lined streets. And, over on Christmas Lane, the World’s Largest Christmas Store, Bronner’s, shines its light (50,000 strings of them, to be exact!) 365 days a year, spreading Christmas cheer through every season.

2.) Shop The World’s Largest Christmas Store

If you think the outdoor light display that welcomes you in on Christmas Lane is impressive, be prepared for the epic experience that awaits just inside the doors of Bronner’s CHRISTmas Wonderland. As the largest Christmas store across the globe, this cheerful Christmas wonderland holds holiday treasures that’ll surpass your wildest dreams (think: 300 ornately-decorated trees, 6,000 unique styles of ornaments, and 1.5 football fields filled with all your holiday wishes come true!). Choose an heirloom ornament, then stop by the artists’ station to have it hand-personalized with a message, a monogram, or a merry sentiment. Run your hands through the trimmings and tinsel, browse and bask in the glow of over 100,000 individual lights, and remember forever the true Christmas magic experienced here.

Experience the unexplainable beauty for yourself with a horse-drawn carriage ride, led by Fantasy Carriage Company or Frankenmuth Carriage Company. And when you do, be sure to chill out, cozy up, and take in this truly festive time of year here in Frankenmuth!

4.) Virtually Experience An Authentic European Holiday Market

Every year local artists, growers, bakers, and makers fill the tents of our Frankenmuth Christkindlmarkt during the weekend after Thanksgiving, and the made-to-order greenery and garlands, fresh chestnuts, and home-baked goods you’ll find will leave your heart swelling with Christmas spirit. Due to the restrictions put in place by the MDHHS and State of Michigan, the ChristKindlMarkt is shifting from a 3-day in-person event to a two-week long online event! If you ever wished you could shop the Market more than just a single weekend, here is your chance!
