Carrot Cake French Macarons
$65 per person
9:00-11:00 am & 1:00-3:00 pm

You will learn from one of our pastry chefs the secret to making the perfect French macaron. You will create the shells from scratch, learning the whole process step-by-step. While your shells are baking, you will prepare your filling. Your macarons will be filled with sweet cream cheese and chunks of carrot cake. You will take home 2 dozen macarons and a 4 qt. mixing bowl.
Asparagus, Ham & Leek Quiche with a Strawberry Bellini
$65 per person
10:00-11:30 am & 3:00-4:30 pm

Learn how to make a new brunch time favorite filled with a delicious combination of asparagus, ham and leeks. While your quiche bakes, you will enjoy samples with a strawberry bellini. You will also receive a 9″ pie plate to take home.
Confetti Babka

Learn how to create this festive spring bread. You will start with a brioche dough, roll and fill it with sweet cream cheese and sprinkles and twist it into a colorful masterpiece. While your bread is baking, you will enjoy samples and watch a demonstration on making this rich dough from scratch. Please be aware bake times may vary and product may need to be picked up at the bakery counter after class.
Strawberry Cheesecake Butterhorns

Learn a new twist on an old favorite. Your butterhorns will be filled with fresh strawberries and cream cheese and topped with a strawberry crunch topping. While your butterhorns are baking, you will enjoy samples and watch a demonstration on making this classic dough from scratch. You will take home a dozen of these delightful treats.
Dubai Chocolate Chip Cookies

Learn how to create this viral trend that is sure to impress all your holiday guests. You will start by creating a homemade chocolate chip cookie. Once baked, you will top it off with a crunchy pistachio filling and smother it in rich milk chocolate. You will take home a dozen of these trendy treats.
Cupcake Easter Basket

Learn how to make this adorable basket created entirely of raspberry cupcakes. You will receive step-by-step instructions on decorating techniques from one of our talented decorators. Your basket will consist of two dozen cupcakes topped off with various Easter decorations. You will also receive two decorating tips and a spatula to take home.
Snowball Chicks

Learn step-by-step how to create these adorably delicious Easter treats. You will start with a mini vanilla cupcake and fill them with a creamy lemon filling, cover them in yellow icing and roll them in coconut. You will finish off these cute little creations with fondant details. You will take home a dozen of these tasty little chickadees.
Asparagus Goat Cheese Tart & Fresh Spring Salad

In this class, guests will prepare an asparagus goat cheese tart from scratch, learn classic custard technique, and create a fresh spring salad with house-made vinaigrette. The class is led by Lance Buchinger, Certified Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine at Zehnder’s, offering professional instruction in a relaxed and engaging environment.
