Wild Game Fundraising Dinner

Delta College Public Media (PBS) and Michigan Out-of-Doors are teaming up with The Frankenmuth Conservation Club and Chef Dixie Dave. Experience a night of fun and great tastes of wild game and other Michigan favorites on Monday, October 16th, 2023 at 6:00PM.

For a contribution of $100.00 per person, you’ll experience a one-of-a-kind Michigan wild game menu, meet Chef Dixie Dave and Michigan Out-of-Doors' TV hosts, Jimmy Gretzinger and Jenny Ciolek. A raffle, 50/50 drawing, and silent auction will take place along with live music provided by Kris Pepper. Treat yourself to a unique wild game menu in your very own backyard and support Delta College Public Media at the same time.

Food will be prepared by Local Chef, Dixie Dave. Buffet will include BBQ Venison Meatballs, Cajun Boar, Walleye New Orleans, Wild Game Sausages, Chef Carved Apple Roast Pork Loin, Green Beans Almondine, homemade desserts, and much more.
