Celebrate fall in Michigan’s Little Bavaria during Scarecrow Fest, with a fun, family-friendly festival at Frankenmuth River Place Shops and special scarecrow displays throughout downtown Frankenmuth!
Taking place across two weekends in October (10/19 - 10/20 & 10/26 - 10/27), Scarecrow Fest includes special fall-themed activities for everyone in the family. Saturday and Sunday during both weekends from 12:00PM to 6:00PM, try your hand at the pumpkin catapult and see how far you can launch a pumpkin! Other fun, fall-themed activities include pumpkin bowling, arts & crafts, pumpkin painting, and riding Grandpa Tiny’s Barrel Train! Some activities have a small fee; though, there is no entry fee for the Scarecrow Fest event.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 second 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁 on October 26-27 will continue the family fun! A Kids Trick or Treating will be held on Sunday, October 27 throughout the complex from 4:00PM – 4:30PM starting at the Fest Platz – kids will be able to trick-or-treat from each store.
Both days enjoy FREE Family Entertainment with Jon LaChance! Celebrate the spirit of the season and be dazzled by a magic performance from Jon LaChance - his show features impossible magic, side-splitting comedy, and audience involvement! You won't want to miss a minute!
