Prepare for the holidays and join us for one or more of Zehnder’s popular Holiday How To Classes:

German Chocolate Cookies
November 10 • 9:30 – 11 a.m.
November 11 • 3:30 – 5 p.m.
November 12 • 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Cost $48 – Class Limit 16

Learn how to make our famous German Chocolate Cookies. These cookies are made with chocolate chip coconut cookies, covered in German icing and topped with milk chocolate. While your cookies are baking, you will see a demonstration on how to make our homemade German chocolate icing. You will take home a dozen cookies.


Santa Decorated Cookies
November 10 • 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
November 11 • 2 – 3:30 p.m.
November 12 • 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Cost $50 – Class Limit 16

In this class, you will decorate a variety of cookies that when assembled together make an adorable Santa face. This centerpiece is sure to wow all of your holiday guests. All supplies included. You will take home 18 finished cookies.


Pull Apart Reindeer Cake
November 10 • 2:30 – 4 p.m.
November 11 • 7 – 8:30 p.m.
November 12 • 9:30 – 11 a.m.
Cost $50 – Class Limit 16

You will learn step-by-step how to create an adorable reindeer face constructed from cupcakes. All supplies included. You will take home approximately 18 total cupcakes.


Gingerbread House
November 11 • 5:30 – 7 p.m.
Cost $50 – Class Limit 20

You will decorate your very own 15-inch tall Gingerbread House. You will be given ideas on decorating your house by one of our cake decorators. This is a great class to use your imagination and enjoy fellow classmate’s creativity.


Soup & Salad for the Holidays
November 11 • 4:30 – 6 p.m.
Cost $50 – Class Limit 16

Let our expert chef teach you how to make Zehnder’s House Vidalia Onion Soup and a Roasted Brussel Sprout Salad that includes brussel sprouts, cranberries, quinoa, Granny Smith Apples, almonds, gorgonzola cheese and Michigan Craft Cider Vinaigrette. Sample everything in class take enough home to share with family.


Holiday Appetizers & Wine
November 10 • 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
November 11 • 6 – 7:30 p.m.
November 12 • 12 – 1:30 p.m.

Learn how to make three delicious appetizers for the holidays which include deviled eggs, brussel sprouts with bacon and roasted pecans, roasted mushrooms with garlic and shallots served on garlic toast. Along with making appetizers, you will have a glass of wine and get to take home the holiday wine glass.

The perfect individual desserts for the holidays or anytime. You make and take home chocolate strawberry mousse cups, mini looking glass cookies, pecan tarts, and mini black forest cupcakes on a holiday plate.

Learn how to make a delicious chocolate cookie bar filled with a cream mint filling. Perfect for your holiday cookie tray! While your pans or bars are baking, you will learn how to make delicious mint chocolate chip cookies and take a dozen home.
