Create a Christmas tree made entirely out of cream puffs. You will start the class learning how to pipe your cream puff shells from a pastry bag. While your puffs are baking, you will be shown how to make the perfect “pate a choux” (cream puff dough). Once the puffs cool, you will fill them with homemade custard and stack them into a crowd-pleasing centerpiece.
