This class is specially designed for ages 13 to 17 from 9 – 11 a.m. This is a great way for a young inspiring chef to learn techniques from Lance Buchinger, Chef de Cuisine. You will be creating from start to finish a delicious Loaded Potato Quiche, Apple/Zucchini Muffins and Banana Foster French Toast Bake. You will take home a pan of French Toast Bake, 9-inch Quiche and 6 muffins along with a muffin pan to use over and over.
