The Market’s long-standing annual fundraiser, “The Feast of the Harvest Moon” will be held this year on Saturday, September 14th. Using only ingredients from our Market growers, Chefs Lance Buchinger and Dietrich Bronner will present the night’s theme of “American Pie.” These extraordinary Chefs will highlight fall’s bountiful harvest by crafting and plating seven courses, each prepared as a fresh take on America’s favorite – Pie! Enjoy a crostini, “upside down pie” soup with puff pastry covering a rich mushroom broth, salad on a crisp crepe crust, sorbet in an herbed cake cone, spiraled spinach chicken phyllo rolls, extroidinary pizza pie, tableside trolley service of pies a la mode, and a take-home favor for the next morning! This locally sourced dinner, began many moons ago and is now a Market tradition! Let us host you in celebration of the season! Dinner will feature a bar of local selections available for donation. Non-alcoholic beverages will be served tableside.
