WE ARE OPEN!
All of our shops are currently open, but some have reduced hours so be sure to check their websites. They are open and eager to welcome you safely this holiday season.
Staff are continually cleaning and making sure procedures are in place to make your shopping experience the best it can be during this time. We encourage you to support our locally owned, small businesses and do your Christmas shopping here this year. You’ll end up supporting someone’s livelihood AND give a unique gift that the receiver is sure to remember past December 25th.
All of our hotels are open and ready to make your stay in Frankenmuth as cozy as possible. Although the waterslides are not able to be open, at least one pool at every hotel is currently open.
Many of you travel far and wide for our mouthwatering, world-famous chicken dinners (and we can’t blame you!). Both Zehnder’s and Bavarian Inn are prepared to handle more takeout requests for their most popular meal, especially at this time of year.
Our restaurants have done an amazing job at pivoting on a dime at each new executive order and are coming up with new, safe, creative spaces for you to still enjoy all the wonderful food in Frankenmuth. You will notice in the coming weeks new open flow tents and igloos with tables and chairs for you and your family to sit and enjoy your favorite dish. Be patient as things are constantly changing. Know that your support for these businesses is extremely appreciated!
If you're looking for something fun to do with the whole family, take a carriage ride (both companies are still operating) or check out Michigan's Heroes Museum or the Frankenmuth Historical Museum, where you're sure to learn something you didn't know about Frankenmuth's history.
Lastly, we want to say, “Thank you” to all of our local “visitors” and those that travel from the furthest points across the United States. Your support has been felt since March and we can’t thank you enough.
And to our Canadian friends: We miss you, and we know you are missing us as well. We look forward to healthier days ahead when we can welcome you back to Michigan’s Little Bavaria, eh?
