Celebrate Fourth of July this year in Frankenmuth with these fun and festive activities.

Kickoff the weekend on Friday night with live entertainment along Main Street with Friday Fun Nights. Enjoy patriotic musical selections from a number of live musicians. Don’t forget to stop and get your face painted by a Frankenmuth Art Department student. (Maybe even ask for a flag or something patriotic for the Holiday!)

Start your Saturday morning off with a healthy selection from the Frankenmuth Farmers Market. Energize with some farm fresh fruits and vegetables - they are sure to fuel you for a hot July day.

End the night with dinner and live music at Prost! Wine Bar and Charcuterie or dance the night away at Fischer Platz.

Join St. Lorenz Lutheran Church on Sunday morning for their Patriotic Praise Worship Service, taking place at the Harvey Kern Pavilion from 9:30am until 11:00am. Veterans, active duty, and first responders will be recognized and honored.

After enjoying a relaxing Sunday filled with shopping and eating great food, go down to the Palmer Schau Platz in Memorial Park for the Concerts in the Park Summer Series. This week’s concert will start at 7:00pm and will be a tribute to the Rolling Stones!

Get ready to laugh on Sunday evening with comedic magician Jonathon LaChance during his Laugh Magic LIVE show, at Fischer Hall beginning at 7:30pm, with an encore performance taking place on Monday at 4:00pm.

Wrap up your holiday weekend by participating in The Volkslaufe - The People’s Race, on July 4th. This annual celebration of family, friendship, and fitness is presented by The Frankenmuth Jaycees. All proceeds from the Volksläufe will serve to fund the July 3rd fireworks display. Any excess proceeds will be donated to various charitable causes. For more information and race registration details, click here.
