Zehnder’s Snowfest – January 21-26, 2009
A fun filled winter event for the whole family. This event includes snow sculpting and ice carving competitions, children's areas, fireworks, entertainment, warming tent and much more.

Bringin’ Back the 80s – April 18 & 19, 2008
Bring back hair teasing memories by paying tribute to the music, trends and events of the 1980's. Don't sit back in your pegged pants and play Atari, come on down and have a great time at the 3rd Annual Bringin' Back the 80's celebration! Don't worry about the weather; it will be in an enclosed pavilion! Hours are Friday 4 pm - Midnight and Saturday Noon - Midnight. Only $5 admission charge, free parking and handicapped accessible. The 33rd annual Volkslaufe, continues to excel as one of the Midwest's finest road races. The experience begins on July 3rd with FREE family entertainment, runner registration, festive Frankenmuth food, and a huge firework display at dusk. On July 4th it continues as the approximate 2,500 runners begin 20K, 10K, 5K, 5K walk and 2K Gemutlichkeit Run races. Each on a certified course that takes runners past Frankenmuth historic homes, by neighborhood farms, along the banks of the Cass River, across the World's longest covered bridge built in the 20th century, ultimately finishing to the sounds of a traditional German Umpa-pa band.
